This patient was seeking a subtle, natural-looking breast augmentation without an overly augmented appearance. Dr. Chadab placed 185cc Motiva Ergonomix implants using the subfascial plane, positioning the implant beneath the breast’s own fascial layer rather than under the muscle.

The Ergonomix implant’s teardrop-adaptive shape allows it to conform naturally to the breast in both standing and reclined positions, contributing to the soft, undetectable result seen here.
